*Ford and your dealer are not responsible for any time or income that you lose, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or use of your vehicle, the cost of rental vehicles, fuel, telephone, travel, meals, or lodging, the loss of personal or commercial property, the loss of revenue, or for any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.

**Best Ford has up to 15 rental/loaner vehicles available on a first come first serve basis. Best Ford does not guarantee availability of vehicles.

***Rental car reimbursement of up to $35 per day for up to five days for covered repairs only. Repairs may take longer than five days, excess days will not be covered and will be at the customer's expense. Extended repair times are a result of appointment availability, specialized technician availability, and parts availability for your serviced vehicle. Through Ethos Premier Best Ford offers extended service plans that will assist in the cost of loaner/rental vehicles.

****To qualify for this coverage, the repair must be diagnosed and coverage verified. The repair must require that the vehicle have an overnight mechanical repair. If you accept a rental, you are responsible for the rental cost if the repair is not covered under the policy, or the repair can be completed in one day.

*****Gate City Rentals have upgraded vehicles for an additional cost over the standard $35/day. Gate City Rental is not involved in any warranty coverages. Customer is solely responsible for charges accrued by Gate City Rentals. Customers will need to coordinate the rental vehicle with Gate City Rentals. To receive any warranty or other covered rental days with Gate City Rentals, customers must present a Best Ford purchase order.
