We Purchased a Used 2020 Silverado RST from here in April 2024, it was a ford Certified Vehicle. I purchased my truck on a Friday and two days later on Sunday the check engine light came on. The next day all the alarms possible flashed across the dash and my truck wouldn’t start leaving me and my daughter stranded in a parking lot. Sold me a car that overheated within the first 24 hours. Being told after 90 day warranty is up if the problem persists it will be out of their hands. I find it difficult to see dealer rating gives Best Ford the 4 star rating. It’s like google reviews.. you can pay them to remove bad reviews. Since 2003 Ford f150, 2005 ford f150, 2012 ford flex and 2016 ford flex, taking these vehicles in for warentee work, these guys seem to go out of their way to just plain xxxx off the customer. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. My truck has been in for a engine replacement for 3 months bought the truck 3 months ago had it for a week before it had to go back. Have to call for updates. Never get call backs . Went through two different people in service with same results. Still waiting……will never come back or refer anyone I know to this dealer. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealership! I bought a used car for $8,000. I had it for 3 weeks and everything started to break on it. My mechanic said the car is NO good. The bottom was rusted and said it was sitting in water for a long time. I have to get rid of it (won't drive at all) and only used it for one month. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

We closed the deal on a new car at a high price only to be happily surprised 2 days later from a phone call from Best Ford informing me that they we able to lower the monthly payments to about 150.00 less. Made an appointment on 12/2/23 to view a used Ford F150 Platinum. Drove an hour and a half only to find the vehicle was sold. Most incompetent dealership I have ever stepped foot in. The sales area is like a high school cafeteria full of obnoxious background noise and zero privacy. If a dealership can’t keep track of the basic inventory imagine what else they can do wrong. Buyer beware! Shop anywhere else.
They tried to talk me into an extended warranty that costs $10,000 while describing the Ford warrant as inadequate.

Any weekday without my truck costs me money. I had the "death wobble" problem with my F250 and it was almost undrivable on the highway. Best Ford went far beyond any dealer I have worked with in the past. No pressure into buying from them and they put everything out on the table and hide nothing me. Gave top dollar for my trade in as well. The experience at Best Ford was great! Hana really went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle I wanted. I usually buy in Massachusetts so Buying in NH was foreign to me. The fees are higher there but they made it easier to buy and they let us drive our car home with dealer plates and then Hana brought the real ones down to us when they were ready. Thanks Gang! This is my second car I bought from Best Ford. I had a transmition problem with my last vehicle and was in a bit of a bind. I met Iam Wright when I first went in, and he was very helpful. I would go back there again. Service was excellent.
They used to be good. But I now feel deceived. My service advisor said he contacted the extended warranty company but after 5 days of not being able to reach him by phone I stopped in today and he gave me a very cryptic answer and said the warranty company was going to e-mail him. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and they have no record of ANY claim request.
