I came in on Monday morning for an 830 appointment. I wasn’t taken until after 10. I asked them not to put the sticker on the windshield and they did put it on. I asked them to replace the wipers which they did. I asked them to replace the filters here and cabin, and they did not this experience has been poor if you have a 830 appointment then it should be kept at 8:30. Dealer was honest but did not fight for me or my issue. Attempted to get battery recall, dealer recommended battery change but machine wouldn’t give “fail” to warranty. Was charged for battery test despite them telling me my battery was bad and could not help me. Paid for test, was given inconsistent results, and left without any progress towards fixing my car. Dealer could have fought for me but left me frustrated and down $60 and wasted a day of my time. Just about the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. From the financing process to the long list of repairs this "certified pre-owned" vehicle ended up needing, the entire experience was frustrating. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly lied to by the service department and given conflicting information throughout the process. As someone from the service industry, it was appalling the way this service department runs.

I loved the Moblie oil change service BUT was very disappointed that a ground cover was not put down my father changed all the vehicles oil all the time in his driveway & NEVER dripped oil in the driveway & I can't believe how much oil was dripped all over my driveway
Poor communication between the sales and finance team. We had a better experience with the previous owner of the dealership and returned hoping for a similar experience. That was not what we received at all. The car after 9 days is still not registered and it wasn’t communicated what was needed to process the sale until almost a week after purchase. We were not offered the opportunity to make a down payment in person, leading to all around confusion, frustration, and additional trips to the dealership to finalize the process.

Dropped the ball on insurance and registry paperwork to swap my plates (still don't have). No accountability. Scuffed the bumper of my new car. My service advisor, Matt, was extremely welcoming and personable. Puts me at ease right away that my car is in good hands, with lots of certified technicians in the service department. Called to let me know one of my reported issues does not require diagnostics or fixing - just a user error! That saves me money and I like that.

I had a problem with my handicap place card. It had gone down the side panel where the drink cups are and I coudn’t get it. I brought it to Best Ford. They worked on it for over an hour and did not charge me. On top of that they. brought me home and then brought my car back to me at my house. Fantastic Service. Salesperson was very nice and helpful. Finance person was very pushy trying to sell me the extended waranty and other useless stuff. Told him several times no but he kept asking through the whole process...very bad experience! They could not figure out how to apply the military discount so I didn't get the credit. I had to contact the Ford Military Appreciation line myself and resolve the issue after the sale was over. Now waiting to get check in the mail...hopefully. The whole experience took over 5 hours!

My car had a problem with the tire pressure sensor. I scheduled an appointment, they installed a new sensor, and as soon as I drove the car again, the light came back on. It feels like they don't know what the real problem is, they're just guessing. Meanwhile, I'm paying a lot for replacement parts and for Uber because I don't have my car.
My experience with Best Ford in Nashua was once again the “Best”. Pun intended, of course. However, it is true. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. This time I bought new tires and had a recall taken care of. I came away with the feeling that I was treated well and the work was done right. They were able to fix the rear view camera without an overhaul of the electrical system that another Ford dealer said would be needed. A tech was able to find the broken wires, fix them and the camera has worked perfectly since then.
