Poor communication between the sales and finance team. We had a better experience with the previous owner of the dealership and returned hoping for a similar experience. That was not what we received at all. The car after 9 days is still not registered and it wasn’t communicated what was needed to process the sale until almost a week after purchase. We were not offered the opportunity to make a down payment in person, leading to all around confusion, frustration, and additional trips to the dealership to finalize the process.
Delt with problem efficiently and as promised. Email updates were helpful and concise, Kept me informed and completed on schedule.

Best Ford Lincoln . I love the convenience that they offer of the mobile service where they come pick up your car and drop it off or they do it right in your driveway at your home depending on the service you need. They’re very courteous and helpful and informative.

I was overall satisfied because I got the vehicle that I wanted at a fair price and a fair financing option. However, the process was tedious and inefficient for the following shenanigans:

Our sales man was Very friendly and accommodating along with the sales manager and finance manager. They were extremely helpful and could not do enough for us.
Dropped the ball on insurance and registry paperwork to swap my plates (still don't have). No accountability. Scuffed the bumper of my new car. Listed my trade-in with my personal belongings still inside and my license plate still on it. The details matter. Should have gone to my usual dealer. Will not purchase from again.

Been servicing my Ford for years at this service center, everything from oil changes to routine service items. In April, I brought my 2022 Explorer in for a $2,000 out of pocket repair (sun shade). My service advisor, Matt, was extremely welcoming and personable. Puts me at ease right away that my car is in good hands, with lots of certified technicians in the service department. Called to let me know one of my reported issues does not require diagnostics or fixing - just a user error! That saves me money and I like that.
Talen was amazing during the sales process, from end to end. He listened to my needs and concerns, took into consideration the make, model and features I wanted, and showed me the perfect truck. Can't say enough good things here.

I had a problem with my handicap place card. It had gone down the side panel where the drink cups are and I coudn’t get it. I brought it to Best Ford. They worked on it for over an hour and did not charge me. On top of that they. brought me home and then brought my car back to me at my house. Fantastic Service. Will definitely start using them for my grease, oil and filter and any problems coming up in the future. Everyone was no nice, too.

Salesperson was very nice and helpful. Finance person was very pushy trying to sell me the extended waranty and other useless stuff. Told him several times no but he kept asking through the whole process...very bad experience! They could not figure out how to apply the military discount so I didn't get the credit. I had to contact the Ford Military Appreciation line myself and resolve the issue after the sale was over. Now waiting to get check in the mail...hopefully. The whole experience took over 5 hours!
Excellent service all around - from the initial communications via text which I prefer. Amalie was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles and made sure to address any questions or concerns I had. I was impressed with the whole experience. The people were friendly and knowledgeable… great customer service.
My car had a problem with the tire pressure sensor. I scheduled an appointment, they installed a new sensor, and as soon as I drove the car again, the light came back on. It feels like they don't know what the real problem is, they're just guessing. Meanwhile, I'm paying a lot for replacement parts and for Uber because I don't have my car.
My experience with Best Ford in Nashua was once again the “Best”. Pun intended, of course. However, it is true. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. This time I bought new tires and had a recall taken care of. I came away with the feeling that I was treated well and the work was done right. They were able to fix the rear view camera without an overhaul of the electrical system that another Ford dealer said would be needed. A tech was able to find the broken wires, fix them and the camera has worked perfectly since then.

Recently purchased a vehicle from them. The staff came across as nice but unfortunately that's about the only nice thing I will say about that experience. Do your research. This dealership made every effort to make us feel comfortable while we considered buying a new vehicle. They were very attentive and answered all our questions. We were greeted at the door and directed to a sales person who began to help us through the process of selecting the right vehicle.
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I was only told that the dealership did not actually have the title and that I would receive it within 3 days. That turned out to be untrue — I didn’t receive the title until 3 weeks later, after repeated phone calls and unclear explanations.
