Very disappointing experience with the service department at Best Ford. The staff is not welcoming at all, and every time you walk in, it feels like you're bothering them just by being there. Customer service should be a priority, especially when customers are trusting a dealership with their vehicles. A simple greeting, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to help can go a long way. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been anything but welcoming. Best Ford really needs to work on how its service staff treats customers.

Good dealership. Relatively smoother process than when I bought a vehicle here 12 years ago. No one informed me the value of my trade-in vehicle during any point of the process, which was a bit sketchy. Person who sold me my warranty never showed me a price breakdown for the various parts of the warranty, which makes me feel like they are trying to use that as a way to overinflate the pricing.

Don't buy a car here!! Plain and simple. I bought a certified pre-owned from them, at its first oil change It had a massive oil leak. I brought it back to them. They said they fixed it. Car is still leaking a ton of oil and now they are absolutely refusing to work with me. Read there Google reviews. I'm not the only one.

The inspection assurances were bad enough. Management’s response is why I would not recommend Best Ford.
I asked direct questions about a used vehicle’s condition and whether it would pass inspection. The dealership’s representative told me its vehicles were thoroughly inspected and answered “Yes, definitely!” when I asked about this specific car passing inspection.
I repeatedly stated that an inspection sticker was a condition of my purchase. The representative scheduled my visit and confirmed the vehicle would be held. Although management approval of the price and details was still required, the inspection assurances were explicit.

John Crowley and his crew are unbelievable , they are friendly, honest , not pushy, very good at what they do. Straight forward, simple interactions with truck entry/drop off. The waiting area should be more comfortable for tall men. Coffee Stations is nice.
The folks at the dealership were friendly, but I felt very overwhelmed in hindsight. I purchased a Gold Certified vehicle, on the test drive I noticed it needed an alignment, they agreed to get that taken care of for me. The next day I noticed the front headlight assembly was non functional. No lights, indicators, etc. I fear this vehicle was not thoroughly inspected to meet Gold Certification and feel very angry as I will now have to go for a second time to get service done on my new purchase in less than a week
Had a 22 year old mustang needing a hydraulic motor etc for the convertible top. They found one on Ebay and replaced it. The top works better than i have ever heard it.

My experience was pleasant, Chris understood that I was looking for a super duty for towing and after he mentioned more options and I told him that I wasn’t interested, we got right to the price of the truck I had my eye on and within a couple hours, I drove the truck home.

The process at the dealership was great. Sales person was helpful and the process was overall pleasant. We received our first free oil change and service call at our location. Nice touch however, The engine light was on and not addressed. If they changed the oil they never left a sticker saying when we need to change again. I have called four times about the issues and have received zero call backs after speaking to someone in service twice.
We have 3 Ford vehicles and whether it’s on site or Mobile service have always had exceptional service and response from Best Ford

Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel who listened to what I was interested in, had a vehicle read to go in minutes and off we went for a test drive. No pressure. This has happened before with other customers. Had oil change done few days ago and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back. This turned on the check engine light. We had to go back that same day to have it turned fixed. Called them and sent 2 text messages before returning. No response to either! Also they charge 3% extra if you use credit or debit card. Not many people carry $700 cash. Considering another dealership.

It’s been terrible, I bought a used 2025 Expedition and the dealer promised to take care of scratches and minor dents on the car. That had the car all day after over a month of trying to get the salesman to respond and they returned the car with scratches and some dents. They did not do what they promised. Additionally the windshield wipers bounce on slower speeds and they told me there’s nothing wrong with them. It’s been a week and the salesman has not responded to my calls and text
Very friendly staff. We had an oil change done last week and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back into the valve cover and that cause a leak in the pcv system that turned on the check engine light. We had to go back that same day to have it turned off. No damage of any kind was caused but it’s still a pain in the neck to drive all the way back to have it fixed.
They ran diagnostics on a two month old battery and said it was only putting out 445 cca. I had the battery tested. It tested out at specification. Best Ford needs to check the calibration on their battery tester.
Overall great experience, I was specific in what I wanted, the sales experience was not pushy or intrusive!

I came in on Monday morning for an 830 appointment. I wasn’t taken until after 10. I asked them not to put the sticker on the windshield and they did put it on. I asked them to replace the wipers which they did. I asked them to replace the filters here and cabin, and they did not this experience has been poor if you have a 830 appointment then it should be kept at 8:30.
