PROMOTION PERIOD:
This Best Ford of Nashua Back to School Promotion (the “Giveaway”) begins at
12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on August 8, 2024, and ends at 4:00:00 p.m. EST on September 3, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the State of New Hampshire, must have current New Hampshire Teaching License, United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry . Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER:
1) Enter at www.facebook.com/bestfordinc/ by liking the post and commenting your favorite active teacher (First, Last Name, and School District) in the state of New Hampshire. One entry per person during the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZES DRAWING: A random drawing for the Grand Prizes from all eligible entries will be conducted on or about September 3, 2024. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: There are a total of three Grand prizes offered in this Giveaway each consisting of a $500 check from Best Ford of Nashua. A different winner will be selected for each Grand Prize
GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winners are responsible for the payment of all taxes on their prize.
Best Ford will have no obligation to report, remit, or provide an annual tax statement covering each winners’ prize.
PRIZE GENERAL RULES: The Grand Prize Potential Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on or about September 3, 2024. Grand Prize Potential Winners will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or about September 3, 2024. All Potential Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 72 hours of notification attempt. If they fail to do so, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. If the alternate Potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated time frame, the alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified and a second alternate Potential Winner will be selected and must return the required documents within 72 hours or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and not awarded.
Should the Potential Winner (or any alternate Potential Winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that Potential Winner, and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or their or their family likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
